How and what kind of different powers influence the human being are thoughts that always have exercised the minds of social scientists. The perspective has changed from the anomie of individuals to biopolitics of the population. In this study the interest is in how individuals and groups are controlled by education. How and why the “lives” of the youth and others whom are considered challenging have been shaped with the help of “storing education”? For whom is this “storing education” organized? What is “storing education”? For how long does “storing education” last and who is responsible for making decisions on organizing “storing education”?
